Montreal, October 7, 2008--- The City of Montreal and two police officers have failed to comply with the Quebec Human Rights and Youth Rights Commission's order dating from last July, requiring them to pay $60,000 to three Black citizens for racially discrimininatory conduct.

Montréal, QC, CANADA, le 18 septembre 2008 --- Le CRARR recherche des médecins diplômés à  l'étranger (MDE) qui ont été exclus en 2007 et 2008 des postes de résidence en médecine au Québec afin d'intenter des procédures contre les facultés de médecine pour discrimination fondée sur la race et l'origine ethnique ou nationale.

LA DÉCISION DU TRIBUNAL DES DROITS DE LA PERSONNE DANS L'AFFAIRE GAZ MÉTROPOLITAIN : UNE VICTOIRE SANS PRÉCÉDENT CONTRE LA DISCRIMINATION SYSTÉMIQUE DANS L'EMPLOI

septembre dernier du Tribunal des droits de la personne du Québec (TDPQ) dans
l'affaire Gaz Métropolitain. Ce jugement constitue un pas révolutionnaire dans la lutte

de seuil sans précédent dans la lutte contre le racisme dans l'emploi.
